Enroll in the PSA Airlines Cadet Program and receive $15,000 in airline sponsored financial assistance and tuition reimbursement to help you pay for flight school.

The Fastest Path to American Airlines.

  1. Step 1

    Airline Career Pilot Program

    Begin your flight training in ATP's Airline Career Pilot Program. Once you earn your private pilot certificate, ATP students can apply and interview for the PSA Cadet Program and receive a flight training stipend of $15,000; paid out as $7,500 after your initial interview and $7,500 as an ATP CFI.

  2. Step 2

    Build Experience as a Flight Instructor

    Become an instructor with ATP's — certified instructor job for Airline Career Pilot Program graduates, where you can fly one of the newest and most reliable fleets and build flight experience faster. PSA cadet instructors are eligible to receive the remaining $7,500 of the cadet bonus during time building.

  3. Step 3

    Airline Pilot Job Placement

    In two and a half years after starting flight training, you start your new hire class with PSA Airlines.

  4. Step 4

    Flow-Through to American Airlines

    American Airlines

    As a PSA Airlines pilot, you can take advantage of a flow-through agreement between American Airlines and PSA, putting you on a direct path to American.
