   Graduate from the Airline Career Pilot Program with CFIs.

2. Step 2

   Build Experience as a Flight Instructor

   Become an instructor with ATP's — certified instructor job for Airline Career Pilot Program graduates, where you can fly one of the newest and most reliable fleets and build flight experience faster. At 500 hours total time, become a Piedmont Cadet and earn a $4,500 signing bonus, plus sponsored ATP CTP Training at ATP JETS .

3. Step 3

   Airline Pilot Job Placement

   Start your training with Piedmont Airlines. Altogether, you will have received $7,500 in bonuses and financial incentives as a Piedmont Cadet.

4. Step 4

   American Airlines Flow-Through

   

   As a Piedmont pilot, you can take advantage of a flow-through agreement between American Airlines and Piedmont, putting you on a direct route to a career at American.
