1. Step 1

   Airline Career Pilot Program

   While enrolled in the Airline Career Pilot Program, sign up to join Propel's Talent Community to receive access to exclusive mentorship, information sessions, and on-site interviews.

2. Step 2

   Build Experience as a Flight Instructor

   Become an instructor with ATP's — certified instructor job for Airline Career Pilot Program graduates, where you can fly one of the newest and most reliable fleets and build flight experience faster.

3. Step 3

   Airline Interview

   Propel Career Path participants are eligible to interview for Endeavor Air 12 months ahead of reaching First Officer minimums.

4. Step 4

   Airline Pilot Job Placement

   In 2½ years after starting flight training, start your new hire class with Endeavor Air. Endeavor Air's Career Advancement Program (CAP) provides pilots with a guaranteed and direct career route to Delta, with no additional testing, interview or degree requirements.

5. Step 5

   Fly for Delta Air Lines

   

   The Student to Endeavor Pilot (STEP) program through ATP, combined with Endeavor Air's Career Advancement Program, provides a clear path for pilots to launch their career with Endeavor Air and continue their career progression to Delta Air Lines after a minimum of 4.5 years of service at Endeavor, with 24 months as Captain.
