What Fixed-Cost Tuition Includes

Airline Career Pilot Program fixed-cost tuition includes all flight training, simulator training, ground school, training materials, and ATP Advantage benefits required to become an airline pilot. From zero experience, the program path includes the Private Pilot Certificate, instrument rating, commercial pilot certificates, and flight instructor certificates (CFI and CFII).

ATP never quotes prices based on unrealistic minimum flight time requirements. If you need extra training beyond what is included in your curriculum, ATP first tries to reallocate flight time from other parts of the syllabus before offering extra flight training at an additional cost. ATP also guarantees the fixed cost quoted when you schedule or make your first payment to reserve your class date—even if advertised prices later increase.

What Additional Expenses are Not Included?

Fixed-cost pricing does not include every item required for licensing. Budget separately for:

• FAA knowledge tests (PAR, IRA, CAX, FIA, FII, FOI)—$175 each
• Designated pilot examiner fees—paid in cash directly to examiners (about $12,000 from zero experience or $10,500 with private pilot credit, including knowledge test fees)
