Training Support Specialists An Important Member of Your Dedicated Team

As you progress through the Airline Career Pilot Program, the training support department and local Training Support Specialists actively monitor your progress, coordinate logistics, and facilitate your advancement through training. After graduating, you'll continue to receive support from ATP's Career Services Team.

Training Support Specialists…

• Work one-on-one with each student to set goals and expectations, making sure milestones are achieved on-time.
• Facilitate access to ATP’s vast training resources to ensure aircraft, instructor, and checkride availability are never an issue.
• Monitor student progress, anticipate needs, and keep track of training activity so students stay on-budget.
• Are available to address any concerns you may have throughout training and proactively counsel with students and instructors.
• Verify training events are effectively and efficiently scheduled, helping guide your preparation, a key to program success.
• Coach students and proactively identify issues, intervening as needed on behalf of the Training Team to ensure success.
• Coordinate with ATP’s other departments to provide a smooth and seamless customer experience.
