ATP Flight School Expands Access to Delta Air Lines' Propel Pilot Program
Jacksonville Beach, FL — July 10, 2024
ATP Flight School is excited to collaborate with Delta Air Lines on launch of a new entry point into the Delta Propel Pilot Program through the newly established CFI (Certified Flight Instructor) Pathway. This addition, set to commence in late 2024, is designed to provide a streamlined and defined path for aspiring pilots at ATP Flight School to establish their careers at Delta Air Lines.
The Delta Propel CFI Pathway allows flight instructors from ATP Flight School to apply for a Qualified Job Offer (QJO) with Delta without needing prior affiliation with the airline.
Key Highlights of the Delta Propel CFI Pathway:
- Eligibility: Instructors must have earned their Instrument Rating, Commercial Certificate, and Flight Instructor Certificate at ATP Flight School, be actively flying as an ATP CFI, and have accumulated between 500 to 1,250 total flight hours.
- Application Process: Candidates will undergo a comprehensive selection process that includes an application review, Aon assessment, and interview. Successful applicants will receive a QJO from Delta and be assigned a Propel mentor.
- Career Path: Once selected, participants will serve as captains at Endeavor Air for a minimum of 24 months before transitioning to Delta.
Congratulations to Sam Warren, ATP Flight School Graduate and Delta Propel Pilot Program Participant!
