ATP Opens New Tulsa Training Center
Jacksonville, FL — July 17, 2014
ATP is proud to announce the addition of its newest training center — opening soon in Tulsa, OK, at the Riverside Airport (RVS).
At the core of ATP Tulsa's program offerings will be the renowned Airline Career Pilot Program, which provides students an airline career solution from zero time to 1500 hours sponsored by ATP's airline alliances. Perfectly situated in the heartland of the United States and in the middle of ATP's nationwide network, ATP Tulsa will build upon the bridge linking ATP's east and west coast training facilities, and provide Airline Career Pilot Program students unique cross-country flight opportunities, with dramatically different flying experiences, terrain, and airspace in all directions.
Equipped with factory-new, 2014 Piper Archers, ATP Tulsa underscores a continued effort by ATP to provide professional, airline-oriented flight training throughout the United States. New equipment backed by over 30 years of experience, supports ATP's goal of ensuring a strong infrastructure of quality flight training resources and properly qualified instructors and staff is readily available nationwide to train pilots in the wake of the growing demand for airline pilots.
In 1984, ATP pioneered accelerated, professional multi-engine flight training with an emphasis on pilot career development. Today ATP’s Airline Career Pilot Program prepares pilots for airline careers with an airline-sponsored career track from zero time to 1500 hours, with CFI job placement and airline employment. ATP flies over 150,000 flight hours to provide more than 4,000 FAA pilot certificates annually. As America's largest flight school, ATP is the leading supplier of professionally trained pilots to the nation's regional airlines, air charter operators, and corporate flight departments.
