   Step 1: Apply for Financing

   Plan to self-pay? Review Airline Career Pilot Program Cost or Flex Commercial Pilot Program Cost, then proceed to Step 2.

   Start by determining how you will fund your training, either self-paying or with a loan. Even if you plan to self-pay, you can still apply to discover your options. Researching financing early helps you budget for your career, and there is no obligation to accept a loan by applying. Plus, you'll receive a free Introductory Flight just by applying, regardless of whether you are approved or accept the loan. It takes about 2 minutes to discover your options.

   ATP works with multiple lenders offering full financing for commercial pilot training, with loan payment deferment until you begin flying as an airline pilot.

2. Optional

   Optional: Take an Introductory Flight

   This step is optional, but it's a great way to experience what it's like to train at ATP and become an airline pilot. Visit a training center and take flight by scheduling an Introductory Flight at any of ATP's 89 training centers. You can schedule your flight online in minutes, and if you applied for financing, there is no cost.

   Step 2: Schedule Your Program Online

   Schedule your Airline Career Pilot Program or Flex Commercial Pilot Program online in minutes. You can get started risk-free, with no financial commitment, knowing you're protected by the ATP Advantage Guarantee.

   After scheduling, you'll immediately gain access to ATP Elevate, the ATP Student Extranet, online training resources, and your ATP Training Bundle (shipped to you).

   Airline Career Pilot Program

   • Before scheduling, ensure you meet the prerequisites for the Airline Career Pilot Program. If you have questions on eligibility, contact an ATP admissions representative at (904) 595-7950.
   • The $995 admissions deposit will be applied toward your tuition on your start date. If you need to change your start date, no problem—just let us know, and no additional deposit will be required. If you cancel your start date, the $995 deposit is non-refundable.

   Flex Commercial Pilot Program

   • Before scheduling, ensure you meet the prerequisites for the Flex Commercial Pilot Program. If you have questions on eligibility, contact an ATP admissions representative at (904) 595-7950.
   • When you schedule your Flex Commercial Pilot Program, you'll immediately activate your program by paying your first monthly $995 ATP Essentials Pass. Immediately after scheduling, you'll gain access to your online student portal and training resources, and be able to begin training.
