Theasys "Beginner" Software
Free up to 5 panoramas with a lot of the customization options available. Premium features like "floating arrows navigation", "cookies consent popup" and "replace panorama" are not available under a free plan. Subscription is $23.99 per month (billed monthly) or $19.99 per month (billed annually). To download a tour you have to pay $10 per download. Otherwise, you can use their hosting.

The free version allows you access to the editor, however you can not share hotspots, walkthroughs, or any of the other customizations I setup. Essentially you can only share an image gallery with the free version. Pro plan is $20 per month (billed monthly) or $16 per month (billed annually). There is no download with the Pro plan. We can download and host our own with a Business Plan ($36/mo).

3dVista "Advanced" Desktop Software
3dVista is definitely advanced software, countless customizations and features provide a robust application for everything from 360 tours to e-learning and interactive games, to live guided tours and more. You could easily make a career out of mastering this software.
Worth Mentioning
Matterport
Super slick end-product that is used by a lot of the real estate companies. The downside is that you need a photographer who takes the pictures through the Matterport software and uses Matterport cameras.
