What if I don’t have my previous knowledge test score report?
If you need to take a knowledge test, which you have previously taken, you must bring the original score report with you. However, if you are unable to bring the original score report, you may instead obtain and bring an “Expired Test Credit Letter”. This letter may be obtained from the FAA by submitting a request to Jo Rone at AFS-760 via:

Your request for an “Expired Test Credit Letter” must contain your:
- Full Name
- Address
- Date of Birth
- Social Security Number
Ms. Rone will reply with the requested letter.
You must bring this letter with you, and the test proctor will need to collect it prior to administering your test.
