What if I don’t have my previous written score report?

If you need to take a written test, which you have previously taken, you must bring the original score report with you. However, if you are unable to bring the original score report, you may instead obtain and bring an “Expired Test Credit Letter”. This letter may be obtained from the FAA by submitting a request to Jo Rone at AFS-760 via:
