For as long as she can remember, Kiana has loved adventure, learning about new things and places, and looking up at the sky. Despite her passion for travel and exploration, becoming a pilot never seemed like a realistic possibility.
She considered careers as a travel writer, flight attendant, and countless other professions before a simple conversation changed everything.
One day, her father asked, “Why don’t you just fly the plane?” Those words opened her eyes to what was truly possible and inspired her to pursue what she describes as “the best job ever.”
Beyond her love for aviation, Kiana was motivated by the desire to prove to herself that she could achieve something challenging and to show others what is possible when you dream big and work hard to achieve your goals. Once she decided to pursue aviation, she needed a training environment that would challenge her and keep her focused on her goal of becoming an airline pilot.
