Career Change
Making a career change without losing momentum
After graduating with a psychology degree from the University of South Florida, Hannah realized that her true passion was in aviation. Inspired by her father, an air traffic controller and pilot, she decided to pursue a career change and commit herself to flying professionally.
With the decision to pursue an entirely different career, Hannah wanted a training program that would allow her to progress quickly rather than taking years to earn her ratings. She also wanted a clear opportunity to continue building experience after completing the program.
Choosing ATP
Fast-paced training and a path to instructing
When researching flight schools, ATP stood out to Hannah because of its reputation and ability to help motivated students progress quickly.
She was drawn to the program’s nature, explaining that the “fast-paced environment and consistent training” allowed her to remain motivated. Rather than taking years to earn her ratings, ATP gave her the opportunity to focus entirely on training and maintain momentum from one certificate to the next.
ATP also provided Hannah with a clear opportunity for the next step after graduation, as ATP exclusively hires program graduates as flight instructors.
Program Complete
Completing the program in eight months
Through complete dedication, Hannah finished the program in just eight months.
Looking back, she is grateful for the experience she had at ATP Flight School and excited for the future, especially for the opportunity to one day “pass on my knowledge to new students.”
